I found some interesting designs of a Theme Park (I don't know if someone posted it before):

ITEC has planned and designed this hybrid park to be the premier fully integrated marine life, mechanical ride and aquatic park in the world, providing an unrivaled and fully immersive family entertainment experience.

It could be the 5th park?

In the first masterplan showed we can see: Dubai Adventure Studios (Motiongate Dubai), Bollywood (Bollywood Parks Dubai), Lego Family Park (Legoland Dubai) and Marine Park.

In the place originally reserved for this park they are building Six Flags Dubai, but close, in the Safari Park's Area, the Marine Life Park fits perfectly:



The client is Meraas Holding, the company behind DXB Entertainments...

I hope it will be the 5th theme park!! It looks amazing!
