New roads leading into the parks are now complete and will be ready for traffic on the 31st October.

It also offers a direct 7-kilometre-long link between Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road and Shaikh Zayed Road running within the theme park, with two lanes in each direction. Other internal roads run up to 9 kilometres.
Legoland: October 31.
Bollywood & Lego Water Park: November 15

Source:Dubai: Changes to the opening of Dubai Parks & Resorts in Jebel Ali were announced on Thursday with delays to Bollywood Parks, Legoland Water Park and Motiongate.
Legoland Dubai and the entertaining and dining district Riverland Dubai will open on the previously announced date of October 31. However, Bollywood Parks and Legoland Water Park will now open on November 15, while Motiongate opening has been pushed to December 16, a statement said on Thursday.
