An interesting look at how the parks are being built and the people on the project.

Having Dubailand on one's CV is meaningless since Dubailand was a huge bust.
Here's hoping these three parks turn out great. Dubai really needs some world-class theme parks to make itself a multi-day tourism destination.
Hahaha what a funny guy you are. Explaining basic maths?? Who the hell u are? I feel u are just a hater who doesn't want Dubai to be prosperous and is living in LaLa Land.
Dubai Parks and Resort on schedule for October opening

Absolutely not true. Most of the decision makers on the project have little to no theme park or build experience.
Management team:
1. Raed Al Nuaimi -- Dubailand
2. Paul La France -- Disney, Universal, Samsung
3. Matthew Priddy -- Disney (20 years), Hill Intl
4. Vinit Shah -- Dubai Properties
That should be sufficient.

Who made the statement above?
I was in the room with most of these decision makers. When you have to explain basic math concepts it's very worrisome about their capability levels and actual industry experience.I cant address 1,2,3 but item No. 4 is absolutely incorrect. More research should be done before making statements like this
Well we will have to just wait till October to judge.

Anyone who has worked on that project for any modicum of time knows the following truths:Anonymous

@tpark1 got refused by them by any chance?
1) They are out of money.
2) The cut necessary costs related to the construction of the parks going for absolute minimums.
3) The parks are being built too fast with basically slave labor involved.
4) Most of the decision makers on the project have little to no theme park or build experience.
