There will be two Hunger Games rides!

motiongate™ Dubai as part of Dubai Parks and Resorts will open in 2016 and The Hunger Games fans are sure to flock to the park for the two spectacular rides including an immersive adventure which will take guests through the Capitol on board a hovercraft to see the world of Panem. The second ride will be a launched roller coaster which transports guests from District 12 to the Capitol via a super high-speed Capitol bullet train.

Ironically, nobody mentioned it but the Six Flags park has been featured on the official model of DPR for several months now (although in a work in progress form obviously). The logo is even there !

As scheduled, Dubai Parks and Resorts will open its three theme parks in October 2016, making it the largest integrated theme park resort in the Middle East and Indian Subcontinent.

“We will be opening three gates at the same time in 2016,” said Raed Al Nuaimi, chief executive of Dubai Parks and Resorts, said in the video released on November 8, 2015.

...describe the roller coaster as being themed as one of the high-speed trains that connects the Capitol to the Districts. It also described a "Star Tours" style simulator attraction that would take guests on a Hovercraft tour of the world of Panem.

...the How To Train Your Dragon ride will actually not be a 3D theater, but instead be an inverted dark ride / powered coaster style attraction from Mack Rides just like the one they built at Europa Park themed to Arthur and the Invisibles. This area will also feature a Viking themed Swing Ship flat ride as well. Elsewhere in the Dreamworks zone, I'm told that the park's Shrek themed ride will be a trackless dark ride with extensive use of projection mapping for the visuals.
