Is Disneyland confirmed or just gossip?

Thanks for posting this! What we see on picture 3 looks like a park entrance/main street to me (top left), and picture 4 certainly is some kind of lagoon that belongs to a different park.

What are they building?

Google map just updated, you can see some progress.

This concept art... so is this an actual Disneyland Dubai? With the actual Disney trademark name? I don't recall any announcements by Disney that they are constructing a Disneyland Park in Dubai. Also any new construction updates?

It seems Samsung is having the construction lead. Could anybody tell which other construction companies are involved mainly?

To me, it looks like a micro-Disneyland, much smaller than even Hong Kong. It doesn't even have real lands, it's more like a resort with a few attractions and the castle acting as the central hotel building. Think Disney's Aulani Resort in Hawaii, but with rides.

Then again, why not? A dwarf-Disneyland would certainly work in the Middle East.
