Apparently this will be a camping type, because if we zoom in we see bungalows. Maybe an extension of Lapita, but there's the lake to cross, or maybe a new bungalow-style hotel.

I hope its a Motiongate-themed hotel , I would love to visit , since my experience in Lapita and LEGOLAND wasn't the best.
Also, the land shown on the previous post was Six Flags Dubai and since now the project has been canceled now they can proceed with building other attractions
Does anyone know what are the construction works right beside the park for? And I’m not talking about the waterpark extension but works right next to Lionsgate area, directly opposite to Lapita. Looks like some sort of individual villas? Maybe an expansion of the hotel?

Some cool facts that can be found by looking more closely at the board:
- Main entrance will be through some former Riverland buildings at the crossroads of Riverland and the Motiongate plaza. Makes sense as it's really close to both the park and Lapita Hotel. There is a secondary entrance (dubbed Night Entrance Building?) next to the parking lot.
- There is a lazy river (called "Life springs??")
- There is a leisure pool
- There is a coral pond
- Pool wok restaurant
- Another big restaurant
- A raft ride
- Obviously several tubes
- A large oval body of water called "Cloud burst"
- VIP cabanas and Kids splash pads
- A big body of water dubbed "Mighty Lagoon". There a peninsula extending on the water, with what looks like a space for something like a ferris wheel or a tethered baloon
- Lots of green spaces
- Some rockwork
It seems like the new waterpark will be separately gated, with the entrance accessible from the parking lot between Motiongate and Real Madrid World. Construction is active, but still at an early stage.

I took this picture yesterday and the sign can be found next to the parking lot
