In Qatar, currently, so I went to check out the site as close as I could. The tower is massive and photos really don’t do it justice.

On the Project Website it says that the project would take 20 months. The oldest construction pics I can see in this thread are from August 2020, so if we take 20 months further, we would have an opening in April 2022.

However: On one hand, I don't know if 20 months is the construction time, or if it includes planning phase as well. In that case a slightly earlier opening could be possible.

On the other hand: I wouldn't be surprised if there are delays in the project, causing it to open later.

I guess if you go there in the summer of 2022, it will be open.
