I was at the MLP area yesterday and the progress has improved greatly. For those who have been keeping up with my updates, it's close to "from the air 3" where the Dolphin pools are cleaned/prepped with the green water. Some slides at the Adventure Cove are in operation too with team members undergoing training/testing (or just enjoying) the slides.

I'll have the photos up tomorrow.

October looking less and less likely does not matter more time for Universal Studios

Something broken in the wave pool? That doesn't look good. To me, it doesn't appear the water park will open anytime soon!

They surely will do everything to open it before year end. All ads teasering the park state 'Opening in 2012'. RWS tends to be very careful with committing to dates, back in 2010 they announced the opening date of Universal Studios (18 March) only two weeks in advance (4 March)!

I just called Resorts World Sentosa and they still do not have a set opening date. They advised Nov or Dec 2012. We are going there on 20 Nov for 3 days so hopefully it will be open for us?

@Gavin, that's an article from yesterday and 'at the end of the year' doesn't sound like October to me, so I guess you'll be disappointed on your Singapore visit!

Any more news on an opening date? We will be in Singapore in October.

The upcoming Marine Life Park at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) is on track to open by the end of this year. Construction is complete, and 15 per cent of the park’s animals have already moved in or are now in quarantine in Sungei Tengah.
