Are these old documents or is there new news on this park development? I can't find anything since 2019?

Yesterday the government signed an agreement to cooperate with Moschanko Investment Group. Magic World Russia is scheduled to open in 2024. They expecting 10-12 Million visitors in the first year and moreover, the area will be 200 hectares in size.

Official signing ceremony yesterday in Moscow between the Governor of Kaluga Region and Gene Moshkovich, CEO of MIG 2000 Inc whereby Kaluga Region has provided the 500 acres of land along with infrastructure support for Magic World Russia.
