The Covid excuse doesn’t fly with me. Universal planted mature trees during 2020 and 2021 when they added new attractions. Lotte really cheapened out on this park to be sure, and not just missing the mark in the whole "forest" look.

Just guessing but this is what happens when design consultants only go so far as Schematics, design intent is only minimally adhered to if that, and the designers don't get a chance to see the project through and/or art direct in the field. There's alot of magic that can happen in the field. Covid was doubtless a factor although this sort of thing happens more and more these days in certain parts of the world. Pretty bleak....
