Busan's Osiria tourist district development has been in the works for nearly 15 years, with multiple theme park options explored within that timeframe. Nearly a decade before Legacy Entertainment would design 'Lotte World Adventure Busan', they provided the concept for another theme park based on the 'Korean Wave' of culture and global influence. As seen in the plan view, this theme park concept design is situated on the same land parcel as the new Lotte World park.
