The opening date of Lotte's Magic Forest is still unclear and the park has yet to "complete the necessary administrative procedures properly" to even be allowed to open. Representatives from foreign ride manufacturers are not able to enter South Korea to do the necessary approvals and checks for their rides at the park. An official from Lotte has said: "Considering the COVID-19 situation, we are continuously reviewing the opening date of Lotte World Adventure Busan internally, and we will be able to confirm and disclose the opening date or plan as early as this month."
