This park isn't under construction. Is it cancelled?

The construction of Legoland Korea entry bridge is going to start from next week.

The world's largest Legoland will be built in South Korea.
Ground breaking ceremony was November 28th.

The world's largest Lego-themed amusement park will be built in South Korea's eastern lake city of Chuncheon by 2017, becoming the first such facility in East Asia, the provincial government said Thursday.

British-based Merlin Entertainment Group Ltd, the operator of Legoland, will invest 100 billion won (US$90 million), while the remaining 400 billion won will be provided by LL Development, a special-purpose corporation for Legoland Korea.

Construction is going to start next month.

The amusement park is slated to open in March 2017 and is expected to create approximately 10,000 good jobs in 2018 alone.

Gangwon governor Choi Mun-sun stressed that local residents should gain advantages to get 1,700 decent jobs created in the theme park field.
