- According to Choi Moon-soon, governor of Gangwon Province, "The current Legoland theme park progress rate is 18%, and the rides are manufactured in foreign countries, so it has actually progressed to 30-40%."

Currently construction on Legoland Korea is 15% complete. According to the article, there's issues with Merlin Entertainments funding the park's construction. By April 28 they need to pay an additional 14 billion won (about $11,000,000).
