Translation:
"Legoland, the children's theme park being built on Lake Uiam of Chuncheon, Gangwon-do has postponed their opening by a year due to COVID-19.
The Government of Gangwon-do held a conference yesterday morning (18th), announced the safety inspectors were temporarily unable to enter the country and the inauguration of the park was pushed from the anticipated July 2021 to early 2022.
It was confirmed as a requirement for an exclusive inspection team to reside at the construction site of Legoland, a theme park based off of the children's toy Lego, by nine months before the opening.
The Legoland theme park which is to be hosted by Jung-do, Lake Uiam's inner island of Gangwon-do is said to have its first phase cost around 300 Bil. KRW won (276.8 Mil. USD dollars), and with the exception of the hotel is said to have 50% of the theme park and the infrastructure's construction complete."

For your information, the comments on this video seems to be heavily panning the construction of this park in general. They seem to be complaining that the park trespasses many prehistoric artifacts and that a massive excavation should be in its place instead.
The safety diagnosis team cannot enter Korea due to COVID-19.
Therefore, the opening plan has delayed from July 2020 to the first half of 2021.
The process rate of rides and major facilities is about 50% excluding the hotels.
This report says there is a delayed safety inspection which contributed to the hold up to 2022 opening. Can anyone translate and give better information?
Construction is 59% complete!

New in-depth article/interview from Blooloop reveals new details and images:
At the time of writing, construction on around 50 percent of Legoland Korea Resort was complete.
“Most of the theme park proper will be finished by next summer,” says Ray Dubois. “Most of the landscaping will be in. All of the rides will be in. The last thing to be complete will be the hotel over the main entrance. We’ll probably end up doing the VIP tours in 2021, and the grand opening in 2022.”
The construction of a Legoland Hotel right over the main gate will be a Legoland first, creating an imposing welcome portal. Hotel guests will wake to views over Miniland. The same complex will also house the second iteration of the Lego Factory Adventure Ride, following its debut at Legoland New York.Cementing Legoland’s Korea’s resort status in phase two will be a Legoland Water Park, although no timeline for the construction of this has yet been decided.Source: BlooloopLand by land, here’s the other rides and manufacturers that will feature in the Legoland Korea opening line-up:
