LEGOLAND released these pictures of the LEGO Taj Mahal situated in it's miniland yesterday.
Legoland is set to feature 15,000 Lego models, comprised of over 60 million Lego bricks in total.

It’s made with white Lego bricks with accents of gold, black and red throughout.
October 31st confirmed for LEGOLAND too (they have been saying nothing was set up until today)

A "day in the life" article from The National with Siegfried Boerst (General Manager for LEGOLAND Dubai)
It's a bit of a none article in terms of real detail but it's nice to know it's in good hands and that he has time to be promoting himself and the site with additional PR.
Currently we have 33 people on the Legoland team and over 3,000 construction workers, out of more than 15,000 altogether on the Dubai Parks and Resorts site.Source: http://www.thenational.ae/business/the-life/day-in-the-life-legoland-dubai-general-manager-hurdles-work-challenges-brick-by-brickThe submarine adventure attraction is the one I’m most looking forward to seeing completed. You’ll enter a submarine and drive underwater (though you won’t get wet) through an aquarium of live fish, sharks and rays, and a sunken Lego village.
How LEGOLANDs MiniLand seems to grow out of the ground is pretty cool in this video! Not a huge amount to see apart from the main building but its a nice timelapse to watch.
