Thanks to the Haihe Water Conservancy Committee of the Ministry of Water Resources, we have our first look at the layout for Legoland Beijing:
Of course some of this layout could be placeholder and some or all of it could change. Certain parts of the layout are easily recognizable such as the Brick Street entrance area, Legoland Creative World in the center, and even some individual attractions.
The areas labeled 1 are for "theme park, commercial street, etc.", the areas labeled 2 are for "second gate park", the area labeled 3 is for a hotel, and the areas labeled 4 are for parking.

According to two Chinese posts the location of Legoland Beijing has moved to a different area in Fangshan District. The new location is approximately here: https://goo.gl/maps/GxZBxE8zG3zdMbkj7 which is at the intersection of G107 Jingshen Road and Yanxianfa Road.

Recently the government of Fangshan District (which is where Legoland Beijing will be located) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Construction First Group (which is a subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering) in order to help accelerate the development of Legoland Beijing.

Demolition of the old industrial buildings on the site is expected to begin soon.

A reporter just visited the future location of the park and the abandoned cement plant is still there - hopefully land clearing begins soon...

Does anyone have any further information on this? I can't find any concept art or any other announcements?
Google Earth doesn't show any work on the site as far as I can see. Some construction work around the site has been ongoing since around late 2018 but I don't believe that's linked to LEGOLAND.
View from March 2019 as it's a clearer image.
View from September 2019, less clear but not many changes.
