According to two Chinese posts the location of Legoland Beijing has moved to a different area in Fangshan District. The new location is approximately here: https://goo.gl/maps/GxZBxE8zG3zdMbkj7 which is at the intersection of G107 Jingshen Road and Yanxianfa Road.

Recently the government of Fangshan District (which is where Legoland Beijing will be located) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Construction First Group (which is a subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering) in order to help accelerate the development of Legoland Beijing.

A reporter just visited the future location of the park and the abandoned cement plant is still there - hopefully land clearing begins soon...

Does anyone have any further information on this? I can't find any concept art or any other announcements?
Google Earth doesn't show any work on the site as far as I can see. Some construction work around the site has been ongoing since around late 2018 but I don't believe that's linked to LEGOLAND.
View from March 2019 as it's a clearer image.
View from September 2019, less clear but not many changes.

Looks like the railway is being extended to include the potential new location for LEGOLAND Beijing.
Source: http://news.sina.com.cn/c/2020-01-12/doc-iihnzahk3536616.shtmlThe suburban railway sub-center line will extend west to the Yamenkou and then south to Fangshan, and the Liangchen Railway will hold the sub-center line. Legoland may settle in Fangshan, and Beijing may use Liangchen Railway to provide high-volume rail transportation services for the Legoland project.
Progress is finally starting to pickup on a Legoland theme park in Beijing. Plans for a Legoland in Beijing were first reported back in at least November 2014. In October 2016, Merlin Entertainments signed a cooperation agreement with Guokai Oriental Urban Development Investment Co Ltd to develop Legoland Beijing. In July 2017, the Fangshan District (administration region in Beijing) government signed a cooperation agreement with Merlin Entertainments. Eventually a 240 acre area of land in Qinglonghu Town of Fangshan District was selected for the project. The site for the park has been occupied by industrial and mining companies that have been shut down. Phase one of the project, which is scheduled to open in 2022 and is 135 acres, is a Legoland theme park, Legoland Hotel, retail area, and parking lot. Phase two, which is scheduled to open in 2024 and is 51 acres, is a second gate (assumed to be Legoland Water Park).
Merlin Entertainments has been making on site visits to inspect the progress. Guokai Oriental has already completed market research, concept planning, and other work. Currently, the project's guidelines for the core area of the project have been submitted to the Beijing Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Committee for approval. The environmental assessment, evaluation and water assessment work has begun and the traffic organization plan has been initially completed.
