Must have 15+ years experience in tendering, finalization, management of FIDIC based contracts and partnership agreements. Assist with supervision of the rockwork operations by leading multiple crews assigned to various projects and work locations. Pico Play is seeking a self-motivated Project Manager to oversee the delivery of design and construction works on a range of exciting local and international themed attraction projects.
The position is based in our Gold Coast office and will require some international travel, including travel to Pico Play's fabrication facilities in Malaysia and Vietnam.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and high levels of energy and enthusiasm for leading a diverse and specialised team of designers, fabricators and artists.

- Responsible for leading and/or supporting the planning and execution of projects.
- Manage projects from initial planning through execution and reconciliation, including but not limited to, client management, stakeholder management, production management, project team management, budget management.
- Take charge to appoint the most appropriate suppliers and contractors that can deliver quality work and best pricing.
- Create and execute project work plans and implement the necessary changes to meet changing needs and requirements to achieve the project objectives.

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the follow-up from design to realization of our projects.

You will coordinate the work from obtaining the detailed implementation drawings from our design team, draw up a measurement list and give the suppliers a detailed briefing. You create the project budget and offer for the customer and follow up the production.

You will communicate all details to the on-site project manager for the installation of the project on site.

He also has vast experience with various industry coatings and applications.

The Character Façade Field Art Director focuses on the development of façade substrates, installation of ornamentation and the implementation of themed plaster finishes for on-site facilities. He is a practicing artisan and technician, an able communicator and a supervisor of talent on the job site during facility construction. The Field Art Director’s role is to ensure that the content and integrity of the design intent is delivered through proper application of materials, techniques and process.

We are looking for a candidate with minimum 5 years hands-on experience in the execution of submerged artificial rockwork (preferably in sea water)

Tasks include looking after all the RnDs, selecting the right materials in coordination with the technical team, providing construction details in coordination with the design team, defining methodology of construction in coordination with the construction team & supervising the job.
