Jeju Shinhwa World is experiencing some management, financial, and attendance issues - all of which is putting the resort's plans to build a Four Seasons Resort and most notably the Lionsgate Movie World theme park in jeopardy. Construction has temporarily been suspended for both the theme park and luxury hotel and building permit applications with the government have been cancelled. The cleared land in the foreground of this post's photo is the designated area for Lionsgate Movie World.
