Just saying when Ramadan started I saw them building the roof

The reason why there's nobody to take photos at this very moment is that it's a) school holidays in Dubai and b) insanely hot right now 120F/50C and c) Ramadan, which means you are not allowed to drink water outside during the day --> all expats are gone and will return at the end of this month.
