A few shots I captured at MEFCC today:

IMG Worlds of Adventure (IMGWOA), a theme park in Dubailand, has started receiving rides ahead of its opening at the end of the year, according to Adam Alexander Page, vice-president of group marketing at Ilyas and Mustafa Galadari (IMG) Group, the owner of IMGWOA.

The entertainment facility, valued at more than $1 billion, was expected to open in the early part of the year, but has now got deferred until the year-end.

Did anyone visited their stand in MEFCC? do they have new information on rides etc.....?

A few pictures from when I passed the site the other day. I know they are not great.

I do not know what you have seen, but obviously you will not see the structure grow! It is all erected. They started fitting the walls on the steel structure. Also there is a weird tent on site, huge!!! They also started the work on the foundation for all the rides, you can clearly see it if you get to the Global Village side of the road.

Just came back from Dubai yesterday, nothing has changed since last month's pics.

It's been more than a month since the last progress photos. Anyone have some current pics?

In the Arabic press release it says it will open in 2014... but nothing we didn't know about.
