Why would they wall it up six months ago and just let it sit? If they've been doing foundation work, they should be going vertical by now. HKDL moves at glacial pace when it comes to expansion projects.

I do not know if construction on the new castle has gone vertical but if so it hasn't gone above the fence yet...

I have not been able to find much updates so far regarding the Frozen land construction, has anyone seen some ground work pictures ?

Just found this interesting documentary about the initial plans and construction for Hong Kong. It's interesting to see that most of the current developments are to fix mistakes they made in their initial stages. Wonder if they will continue with NSA for phase 2 and the new hotels and shopping/ dining options after this.

Also Hong Kong Main Street Gazette confirms that the Frozen themed land concept art that includes the roller coaster is the latest concept art and that the coaster will be replacing the indoor sleigh ride which was shown in earlier concept art.
