The yellow area will be Harry Potter area. The dark blue is unknown for now, but there's a rumor that Harry Potter land expansion in 2016 so maybe they are keeping this area for that.

Your dream of actually going on the Hogwarts Express is about to come true. Well, almost. The Harry Potter train on the JR Sakurajima line started operating last February 1 to make muggles more excited about the opening of the The Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park at Universal Studios Japan in Osaka in the summer of 2014.

The theme park is expected to cost around $482 million and will feature replicas of Hogwarts Castle and Hogsmeade Village, as well as many of the popular rides from the original theme park in Orlando, Florida, including Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey. Universal Studios is expecting to add 1 million more visitors to its current 8 million.

Harry Potter construction works in Osaka

HP at Universal Osaka is absolutely under construction. The main steel structures are up, the roof panels are on and they are laying out the track. Catwalks are going in as well. I was there the week of Dec. 3 and saw this myself. Construction is in the area that was formerly the parking lot.

HP at Universal Studios Japan is not under construction yet!

Harry Potter fans probably thought they’d seen the last of the boy wizard on the big screen but a ninth film is reportedly being secretly shot.
However, you’ll have to visit a theme park in America or Japan to view it.

The ‘mini movie’ is understood to be have been commissioned for The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios in Orlando.
It will also be shown at two new Harry Potter theme parks currently under construction in Japan and California.
Actress Helena Bonham Carter – who played Bellatrix Lestrange - is one of the stars said to be reprising her role.
The actors have been filming at Warner Brothers’ studios in Hertfordshire but details of the plot are being kept under wraps.
