Legacy Entertainment provided concept design services for the updated 'future city' iteration of the Sunac Hangzhou Bay theme park.

The retail and dining area at Hangzhou Bay Sunac Cultural Tourism City is scheduled to open in June 2022.

The onsite hotels are scheduled to open in December 2022.

Phase 1 of the theme park is scheduled to open in December 2022 and Phase 2 is scheduled to open in September 2023.

The "Kids World" smaller scale theme park is scheduled to open by the end of 2024.

The indoor snow park is scheduled to open by the end of 2024 as well.
