Hearing from someone I got in contact with who is friends with a crew member of Skytropolis and the Void, he has said that plans for 20th Century Fox is entirely cancelled and is abandoned until another company picks it up. Universal and Six Flags are apparently talking about it (considering I'm assuming). Props and licensing will be removed from the park this month. Not sure if it is true but Disney is a pretty big company, and could probably do whatever they want.

Even if Genting win the lawsuit, will the park still go ahead? Would a win mean they get the proper licensing as well?

Regardless of the answer, it would be great if Genting also contacted any/all potential employees (they've been auditioning since the beginning of 2018 at least), or at least made an announcement so that all potential characters/employees aren't dragged along with everything, waiting to see if they still have a job or if they should start looking for another job.
