I have read somewhere that they had scrapped the Titanic theme for this phase.

Any idea what's happening with the titanic replica that they're meant to be building? They made a big thing about it. But there seems to be no construction of it.

Update on the theme park from 12th March 2018
Attached is what I saw when I went on a trip to Genting on 9th March to 12th March 2018. So far you can see the rides but they are not fully done yet.
At the indoor theme park some rides are able to be seen but you are not able to go in to play yet.
