21st Century Fox has been holding talks to sell most of the company to Walt Disney Co., according to people familiar with the situation.
Disney would not purchase all of Fox, according to people with knowledge of the talks.Fox is said to believe that a more tightly focused group of properties around news and sports could compete more effectively.
The two sides are not currently talking at this very moment, sources said.

Why is 20th Century Fox World Theme Park Genting Highlands’s opening is delayed to 2018?

From what we heard and we understand is there will be expansion and more rides added to 20th Century Fox World Theme Park Genting Highlands. This means that it will be bigger and more value for money for customers.
