Why is 20th Century Fox World Theme Park Genting Highlands’s opening is delayed to 2018?

From what we heard and we understand is there will be expansion and more rides added to 20th Century Fox World Theme Park Genting Highlands. This means that it will be bigger and more value for money for customers.

Speculation is that they will open once 80% of rides are ready. Based on what you can see from the construction pictures, it could be by the end of 2018 or 2019.

It's very unlikely to open by the end of 2017 unless they suddenly speed up the progress of the theme park construction.
