Hengdian World Studios has shared more details about the upcoming motorbike with sidecar virtual reality attraction, named "Raiders of the Lost Ark: Buddha Head Comes to Life". The ride's theme is apparently Indiana Jones and it's described as a "thrilling life and death pursuit to protect treasure". The storyline is described as follows:

It's the early 1930s and wars in China are everywhere, and everyone wantonly loots treasures. Treasure appraiser Xu Yichen tries to protect national treasures. He led his apprentice Xiaotian and a group of righteous people. They bravely enter the underground palace of Mount Bodhidharma, guarded by the Xu family for generations. While in a life and death pursuit of the enemy start your journey of chasing after the treasure to protect it.

The park has just released small but interesting concept art of their upcoming motorbike with sidecar virtual reality attraction. The new image is maybe showing a preshow with a live actor but I'm not sure:



The ride, which looks similar to The Twilight Saga: Midnight Ride, was originally announced in January and will be opening "soon". The ride's theme/storyline will be a "treasure hunt".

Hengdian Studios has reaffirmed again that they are still working on the park's dark ride and indoor drop tower plus they've released another piece of concept art of what appears to be a motorbike with sidecar VR attraction that's also coming to the park at some point.
