It should open sometime in 2022 with the rest of the Avengers Campus. Maybe you will get lucky in February.

Any ideas of when the Iron Man coaster will open? I'm visiting in February but think that's probably too soon

Surprisingly it looks like the ground work for the potential Star Wars land has started.
