Do we know when the castle restoration will finish?

The Mission Control construction is almost done! It will be the first building completed at Avengers Campus.

Can the person who took the photos confirm whether the vehicles on site where actually doing anything or were just parked up?

These buildings look pretty close together, not a lot of room, could become a pinch point on busy days.
