Created by Tony Stark himself to discover, recruit and train the next generation of Super Heroes, recruits will be empowered to take an active role alongside Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. Works on Frozen land have definitely started with primary buildings foundations.
The technical basin has been fully dug.
Frozen Marina bridge is under construction.
