This thread seems to get more rampant speculation then most, probably because of the lack of info from Disney themselves. Still, D23 is coming up soon, where all details will hopefully be revealed.

True that D23 Expo is coming up September 2022 and Destination D takes place in November 2021, but traditionally Destination D and D23 have been very dry on news about Disneyland Paris. So probably best to wait for a new InsideEars event. - Jack (DSNY)

Yeah, I know.. it's just speculation.. But Jack is following all the news out there and his videos are pretty thorough, so yeah, you can say he knows everything

They probably re-think strategy as to pursue Sequel Trilogy or have it updated to more current histories e.g. Mandalorian. Good video update here

There have been a lot of rumors and Disney hasn't mentioned it in a long time, but they are currently preparing the ground in that area, so it is probably still coming.
