In the scale model of the resort the new hotel, Disney Village and convention centre are already visible. I believe this photo is from 2017/2018.

The original car maintenance for the show is becoming a MnG, the theater will be repurposed at a later stage with a show.

I was worried about this too. The Stunt Show will still be active, but with an Avengers theme? Wonder how they will pull this off with the effects outdoors (something with SHIELD or Black Widow?).
