The pics of the roller coaster in the construction updates show it has topped out almost on the ascent hill. This is going to be a very small coaster. Certainly a lot smaller than Goliath.

Yes because Google Earth is dated March 2019. Try using other apps, such as Snap Planet. Not high res sadly, but we can see the activity going on.
