Atlantis are still listing Ko Olina as "Coming Soon" on their website however given that we have seen zero movement on this in over 4 years, apart from clearing the land of the chapel, does anyone know anything about the intended timeline for Ko Olina?

I spoke with the Dubai team over 18 months ago and they were working on feasibility, finances etc and were under the impression it was going ahead still but I don't have those contacts anymore.

Any news with sources (or unofficial news) appreciated.

  3. Looks like Atlantis still coming, just looks like it may be a long while before anything starts

  4. Hi! I currently work at Ko Olina Resorts and it is now January 2020 and no construction has even begun; let alone been announced when or if it will begin anytime soon.

  7. Still in Design Process. Permits not even submitted yet.

  8. Any news on this? Are resorts required to notify potential renters of construction?

As seen in this recent photo of the site during a storm no construction has begun but but an application for the resort's water use permit was filed in November 2018 (http://statelegals.staradvertiser.com/2018/11/30/0001152098-01/).

In depth look at the resort's design (you can click/tap on the images to view them full size):
