No, I would not recommend staying at Beach Villas. I live in Ko Olina. They are set to start construction in April and there will be lots of noise and congestion in the next 3 years. Many of the villas are selling their units because they know there will be noise. It wouldn't be a very peaceful way to enjoy paradise. I would say stay at Four Seasons or in the back side of Ko Olina Hillside villas or Fairways.

This is just speculation but I expect that construction would be taking place a year from now so noise would be possible...

No movement on the land since the chapel came down in July.
Does anyone have an update on construction progress, there seems to be nothing happening at all, no news, permits etc.

Land was clear on 20th July. Does anyone know when construction will begin?

Local source tells me that the chapel is now gone and fences have been removed. The land is now clear.

The design for the Hawaii resort has been decided upon during the past month but details of this remain under wraps.

Completion has been pushed back to 2021

One of the apartments overlooking the construction is for sale and its recent marketing video seems to show the building currently occupying the site is coming down very quickly. Does anyone have any better images of the site?
