That’s not a sand storm. It’s caused by all the construction. There’s a way to avoid attracting sand storms and that is by planting greenery, lots and lots if trees.

This may be a dumb question, but is that a small dust storm in one of the pictures? If so, is there ways to deter/prevent them? I just had a vision of chilling at the park when it eventually opens and suddenly being engulfed in a cloud of sand.
