I'm passing by the site about twice a week, and I can tell that there's completely nothing going on there. Just the gate as it was before, no other construction has started.

That's a good important group - was it loan and funding documents being signed? An earlier post referenced funding concerns, but maybe that is solved?

They are (from left): Grodzinsk Mazowiecki - Mayor, Thorsten Klee - Managing Director Imtech Polska, Peter Jan Mulder - CEO AWW, Piotr Galiński - Deputy Mayor Grodzinsk Mazowiecki.
