Well I'm going to wish them luck as this seems like a very good investment and looks like it could have big potential.

The new logo has been presented at meetings to potential investors and planning committees.
Bosses have also said new supporters for rides at the theme park will be revealed before the end of the year.People are just not convinced by this project and unless they get a big name backer soon this project will be dead.Developers claimed it was part of a new strategy for a broader mix of intellectual property for its rides and attractions, rather than having one studio name above the door. The plans have since suffered a further setback after its opening date was put back for a fourth time.

The former London Paramount theme park project has finally been renamed. It's called "The London Resort".
Still cannot understand the business plan behind this project. A theme park was tried in Murcia Spain and failed with cheap land, 2,800 hours of sunshine per year with minimum average temperature 5C rising to 27C in Summer. compare to London 5C to 19C with 1,400 hours of sunshine per year.
Location Murcia - southern Spain loads of beaches Malaga in the south and Alicante in the North brad new airport next door and part of the EU and cheap flights
Location London - No beaches, the most congested air space in Europe, leaving the EU!!!
I know London has a lot of visitors but truthfully what percentage of those will want to drag themselves to the Tilbury mud flat for a day out at a theme park when it will probably be raining.
If Murcia couldn't make it work then London will struggle.
An early concept for the area.
UK newspapers are still featuring press releases which link them with Paramount but there is nothing new in them. No different news or updated images etc.
From August 3rd...

The project hit the headlines in February when chief executive David Testa resigned after Chinese investment firm SinoFortone raised doubts over their £100m pledge.
But Humphrey Percy, group CEO of the project's parent company Kuwaiti European Holdings, said Testa's departure was "coincidental" and he has simply resigned to "go off and do other things"
Mike Morrison has been hired as the new Chief Financial Officer and in the past has held senior positions at Morgan Stanley and WestLB AG.
Is there any clear evidence that they are in negotiations with universal? If so, sources.
It's not a Paramount Park anymore. It'll be another big movie IP, potentially Universal:

LRCH CEO, Humphrey Percy:
We are delighted with progress on partnership agreements. We plan to build over 3,500 hotel rooms, operated by our new partner, Intercontinental Hotel Group; constructing the majority of the Resort and new roads and infrastructure with materials stored at and transported from Port of Tilbury, with whom we have recently signed an agreement. We are now in very detailed commercial negotiations regarding partners, the concepts they are embracing and some of the incredible creative propositions.
