There are some discussions about the possible Toy Story Land which will be built at Shanghai. It does make sense as it was included on the original map and as they have the hotel it doesn't make much sense to then have nothing in the park.

This could be the building for Parachute Drop.

If we compare with these pictures of the Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop ride at HKDL and DLP WDS there is no doubt that the one on picture above looks indeed the same, though with a few differences, and with a giant bucket for Toy Soldiers nearby.

Yes it can. There are pictures of the canopy in transition going from blue to green and almost fully purple.

  8. Wanda's chief bombards Shanghai Disneyland

He's wrong with every single statement:

"At Wanda, I always say we want to ensure that Disney is not profitable in the next 10 to 20 years with its business in China,"
Wang cited Walt Disney's overreliance on its past intellectual properties, such as the age-old characters of Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck, and a lack of new business models and innovation will not generate overseas success in this generation and that its outdoor entertainment park does not suit Shanghai's rainy summer and cold winter.

That seems strange as there's still availability for all days except the 16th. Even Saturday the 18th is back on sale.

Disneyland is now sold out of advance tickets for the first two weeks of opening. Also all tickets are being sold in advance to reduce crowds and those without tickets may be turned away.

Murray King, Shanghai Disney Resorts’ vice-president of public affairs, said on Thursday that attendance management and crowd control measures had been designed to ensure safety.

Walt Disney and the Shanghai government introduced a daily ticket system to “make sure that guests who plan in advance have an opportunity to enter the park with the daily tickets”, he said.
Disney said it would limit the number of visitors each day, but did not disclose the exact *numbers.
