New theme park name and logo revealed!

I expect for the name of the upcoming outdoor park (Genting SkyWorlds) to be constantly confused with the already open indoor park at Resorts World Genting (Skytropolis)

CEO Michael Reininger and our development team visited the site to check on the progress of Qiddiya’s Resort Core mass grading project, where Six Flags Qiddiya, the Speed Park, the Water Theme Park and Retail, Dining & Entertainment area will be constructed.

More coaster testing from today: https://streamable.com/svos0d

Also, the park recently responded to a commenter on Russian social media asking about the status of the rides that have yet to open - in summary, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles launch coaster is almost ready, installation of the Hotel Transylvania dark is underway and all its decorations and technical equipment were delivered before quarantine, and lastly regarding the flying theater, installation of the screen has been suspended for the time being because it has to be carried out under the supervision of the foreign manufactuer, which is unable to travel to Russia.

Suzhou Paradise Forest World is now open in China - it's what I would describe to be a mid-size park on the same level as the Sunac Lands (once it's fully complete). Rides include a couple of Chinese-manufactured coasters (Mack launch coaster coming in phase 2), river rapids, flat rides, drop ride, train, and most significantly a robotic arm dark ride manufactured by Jingang Technology. Concept art for the ride (which should be open now) can be seen at the bottom of this post.

Surprisingly construction might be resuming soon on Six Flags Zhejiang's waterpark and/or theme park because a tender has been submitted for a construction crane lease...

An excellent new set of on the ground photos

In this video, Tom Mehrmann, President and General Manager of Universal Beijing Resort, talks about the effect of the virus on the park's construction/completion: https://streamable.com/uiv77l - as a quick summary he says that the impact is "negligible" because of the timing coinciding with Chinese New Year. Construction is at "full strength" right now and although they may have lost about 60 days of work they believe it can be made up. The target for construction to be complete is "still the end of 2020."

Saying "still" implies that end of 2020 was always the goal but for a long time the target was actually October so now that the target is just the end of the year, the 60 days of lost work and the more flexible target make it all a wash. Is a soft opening during the 2021 Spring Festival (February 12) a possibility perhaps?
