Sunac branding is now present at the Legoland construction site because on November 27, 2019, Sunac China Holdings Limited announced that an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company had acquired 51% equity in Global Zhongjun. Two months prior to this, Merlin announced a partnership agreement with Global Zhongjun "to build and operate a LEGOLAND Resort in Sichuan Province [and] under the terms of the agreement, Global Zhongjun will fund the construction of LEGOLAND Sichuan, as well as the required infrastructure and adjacent commercial developments, while Merlin will partner in the resort development and operate it under a management contract arrangement."

According to the article the land has been cleared and groundwork is underway.

This is probably an early layout but it could be a new layout:

Recently, Chen Dong, Party Secretary and Director of the Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau, went to our district to investigate the construction of major cultural tourism projects . District Party Secretary Chen Qing participated in the event.

Chen Dong successively went to Beijing Jinyu Prospect Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. and Qinglonghu Forest Park to inspect the land use and location status of the Lego Theme Park project on site, and listened to our region ’s special tourism development plan, Qinglonghu Town comprehensive implementation plan and Lego theme park project related situation report.

In addition to the construction of Legoland, Qinglong Lake District has also built a series of high-end business, leisure and living facilities: the five-star Oriental MGM International Hotel has been built and put into use, the Merlin Entertainment Group, Australia Weixiu, France PVCP , New Zealand Vita Studios, Holland Life Apartments and other international industry giants have joined in

I believe you're thinking of Legoland Shanghai which is planned to be largest/most extensive Legoland.

According to the press conference, Legoland Sichuan covers an area of about 365 acres, with a total construction area of more than 120,000 square meters, covering LEGO Factory, Bricktopia, Pirate Shore, Mini World, LEGO Castle, Dino Isle, LEGO City, LEGO Friends, LEGO Ninjago, and LEGO Water Park (under planning). This is the first Legoland in China following Denmark, the United Kingdom, Germany, the United States, Malaysia, the UAE, and Japan, and the ninth Legoland in the world.
According to a set of statistics, Sichuan currently has 11 world-class tourism resources and more than 400 natural resources above the national level. Since 2014, Sichuan has achieved total tourism revenue growth of more than 100 billion for five consecutive years. Sichuan has a "family base" of resources such as history, culture and nature, and at the same time there are more top-level resources in the world, constantly upgrading and optimizing tourism in Sichuan.
