Been to Hong Kong Disneyland a few years back, liked it for its charm but I got really really bored after a few hours. This expansion is an awesome idea and I think it'll add exactly the right mix of attractions to the existing portfolio. Will come back once all is finished!

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort has completed a series of trade-only briefings in Mainland China, Taiwan and Indonesia ahead of the official July 14 opening date of Grizzly Gulch, the second – and largest - of three themed areas set to open as part of a US$460 million expansion plan.

Grizzly Gulch’s premiere as a world-exclusive themed area comes less than a year after the November 2011 launch of Toy Story Land, an immersive and whimsical experience inspired by the Disney*Pixar global blockbuster Toy Story movies.

Inside Grizzly Gulch, park guests are fully immersed into a Wild West township, which features a storytelling-driven terrain-style mine car coaster ride.
These mine cars feature three major first-of-its-kind experiences: The mine cars dash forward and race backwards for one-third of the journey and make rapid turns due to the mischief of the resident grizzly bears; they run through the entire themed area, including Big Grizzly Mountain, the town and Geyser Gulch, with multiple mine cars crisscrossing Grizzly Gulch simultaneously and guests will see up to three mine cars dashing across the themed area at the same time.

    Update coming soon!

  10. Disney and More reports about Hong Kong Disneyland's Grizzly Gulch website:
    http://disneyandmore.blogspot.hk/

However, it looks like it's been taken offline again, the stated link http://park.hongkongdisneyland.com/hkdl/html/Summer/ParkGG/en_US/index.html just leads back to the main page without any mention of the Grizzly coaster etc.
